Arish AI ("Arish AI", "we", "us", "our") provides AI, data analytics, and dashboard solutions to organizations across the automobile, industrial, retail, healthcare, hospital, and banking sectors. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website (www.arishai.co.in) and related communications, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
2. Data we collect
We collect the minimum personal data needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver our services:
- Contact details you provide via our enquiry chatbot, contact form, email, or phone: name, email address, phone number, company name, and sector of interest.
- Enquiry content: the message or requirements you share with us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies where you've consented (see our Cookie Policy).
- Business data, where applicable, shared during a client engagement under a separate data processing agreement — this policy covers our website only.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our website chatbot, contact form, email, or phone
- To schedule and prepare for consultations you request
- To send you information you've specifically asked for about our services
- To understand website usage and improve our content, where you've consented to analytics cookies
- To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis & DPDP Act compliance
We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Our processing is grounded in your explicit consent (for example, when you submit an enquiry through our chatbot and tick the consent box) or, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have initiated. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 8 below; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Employees and contractors of Arish AI who need it to respond to your enquiry, under confidentiality obligations
- Service providers that support our website and communications (for example, email and hosting providers), bound by contractual data-protection terms
- Authorities, regulators, or courts, where required by applicable law
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to equivalent protections

No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to avoid sharing sensitive financial or identity information through our website's enquiry chatbot.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data we hold about you and access a copy of it
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your data, where it's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected
- Withdraw consent to processing at any time
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, as permitted under the DPDP Act

10. Children's data
Our website and services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has shared personal data with us, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. International transfers
Our data is primarily processed within India. Where a service provider processes data outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable standard of protection, consistent with DPDP Act requirements.
